I just did a search on Indeed for HVAC technicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and guess what? There are over 3,000 job openings within just a 25-mile radius. Don’t believe me? Take a look for yourself:

As older technicians approach retirement (and many are already leaving the workforce), the gap in skilled labor is widening faster than we can fill it.
