If I told you there was a government-backed funding source pouring $3.7 billion annually into workforce training, would you believe me?
Most people don’t realize the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant has fueled trade schools, job training, and career pathways for years. And with a new administration in 2025, the program is set to evolve—potentially making it even easier for trade schools to access funding.
That means two things:
Early adopters will win big. If you know someone who has been laid off now is the time. This grant will cover most, if not all, of the tuition to a trade or vocational school of their choice.
Skilled trades will be the backbone of America’s workforce. As AI automates white-collar jobs, hands-on careers like HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair will see explosive demand. Trade schools will be at the center of this shift.

The WIOA grant allocates $3.7 billion annually to workforce training.
ONLY an average of 100,000+ students receive WIOA funding for job training each year.
The average trade school graduate earns $57,000+ FIRST year, often with zero debt.
Meanwhile, 60% of college grads end up in jobs that don’t require a degree.
