Celebrate Our First Success Story with the WIOA Grant!

Hi WIOA Grant Go-Getters,

Welcome back! As promised, I’ll be reaching out once a week with new insights on the WIOA grant, inspiring success stories, and tips to keep us engaged as we aim to help 1,000 of you.

Exciting News!

We have our first success story! Vanessa from Las Vegas took action and is now on step 4 of the process. Here’s her story:

“Hector, I tried this grant 2 years ago but got impatient and frustrated with the process. I printed out your guide and took action. As a single mom, I need a certificate in an office-related field to work from home. I called my local office and attended the orientation the next day. I have filled out a few forms and followed up with them a lot. It’s so much smoother this time around and they said I should be approved in the next 2 weeks. Thank you for making this. I have shared this with others.”

Vanessa is the only one who has reached out to share her story. But, I’m sure there are others who have taken action. Have you?

This grant has been a well-kept secret for too long, and it's up to us to spread the word and make a change.

- Tuition for trade schools and classes in fields like:

  - Healthcare

  - HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing

  - Trades

  - CDL
